About me

Just a twenty-year-old
finding his way

Hey — I'm Zanix. This isn't a portfolio or a business card. It's just my little corner of the internet, a place where I can exist freely without needing to impress anyone.

I spend most of my time coding things that interest me, listening to music at odd hours, and thinking a bit too much. I love clean systems, beautiful interfaces, and that feeling when something finally works the way you imagined it.

I build because making things feels like breathing."

What fills my days

A few things I genuinely care about

Building Things

Node.js scripts, little tools, experiments that may never see the light of day — but I build them anyway. The process is the point.

Music

From lo-fi beats to ambient soundscapes. Music is the background to everything — it's how I think.

The Night

Best ideas come after midnight. The quiet is different then — less noise, more signal. I've always been a night person.

Learning

Endlessly curious about how things work. Technology, design, philosophy — I'll read about almost anything at 2am.

The Details

I obsess over small things — the right font, the perfect spacing, the exact wording. Details are everything.

Cosmos

The sheer scale of existence is humbling. I find it grounding, not terrifying. We're tiny and that's beautiful.

The best interfaces disappear. The best code is never noticed. The best work feels inevitable.

Who I am

A manifesto

Things I believe. Always.

  1. I build things not to be seen, but because the act of making something from nothing is the closest I get to feeling alive.

  2. Curiosity is not a hobby. It is the only operating system I have ever trusted.

  3. The details are not decoration. They are the difference between something that works and something that matters.

  4. I would rather spend three weekends on something nobody uses than never start at all. The process is the point.

  5. Being bad at something is not embarrassing. It is the only honest place to begin.

  6. The night is not a time of day. It is a state of mind — quieter, slower, more honest than everything that came before it.
